Postpartum Doula Care

Birth Doula Care in Minneapolis & the Twin Cities

The postpartum period can be beautiful, overwhelming, emotional, exhausting, and deeply transformative — often all at once. My role is to help create a calm, grounded environment where you feel cared for and able to settle into life with your new baby at your own pace.

Postpartum care is personalized to your family’s unique needs and may include:

  • Newborn care guidance
  • Feeding support
  • Emotional grounding and reassurance
  • Partner adjustment and family transitions
  • Light household tasks and practical care
  • Rest and recovery care
  • Creating calming routines and environments
  • Resource guidance throughout Minneapolis and the Twin Cities

I believe postpartum care should nurture the entire family, not just focus on the baby. Together, we create space for rest, connection, confidence, and adjustment as you move through early parenthood.

My approach is calm, nonjudgmental, and centered around meeting families where they are. I welcome and support neurodivergent, LGBTQIA2S+, and nontraditional families with care that honors sensory needs, communication styles, autonomy, identity, and emotional safety throughout the postpartum journey.

Whether your postpartum experience feels joyful, overwhelming, tender, exhausting, or all of those at once, you deserve care that helps you feel held, nourished, and not alone as you move through this transition into parenthood.
