It can be powerful, beautiful, exhausting, transformative, and sometimes overwhelming. The birthing person's body carries an innate wisdom for birth, but that doesn't make birth easy. It may be one of the most demanding and transcendent experiences of a lifetime.
My role is not to direct your journey or take it over. It is to walk beside you. To offer information when you need it, reassurance when doubts arise, and steady support when the path feels uncertain.
I often think of a doula as a guardian of the space around birth—the calm in the room, the reassuring voice, the steady presence reminding you that you are not alone.
I believe birth is not only about caring for the birthing person, but also about helping partners and support people feel informed, connected, and empowered in their role throughout the experience. Together, we create a foundation that allows everyone involved to feel more present and prepared as labor unfolds.

During labor and birth, I provide continuous care tailored to your needs and preferences. I welcome and support neurodivergent, LGBTQIA2S+, and nontraditional families with care that honors communication preferences, sensory needs, autonomy, and emotional safety throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
